CANBERRA — Left-wing media outlets have slammed Pauline Hanson’s National Press Club speech after she unveiled the dangerous extremist policy of putting Australians first.
Hanson shocked journalists by talking about homelessness, cost of living, immigration and Australians sleeping in cars, instead of focusing on future arrivals hoping to open an empty NDIS business.
Panic spread further after Hanson said the ABC should become subscription-only and SBS should be scrapped, leaving several taxpayer-funded reporters visibly shaken.
A Guardian reporter is recovering well after receiving a spray from Hanson over alleged untruthful reporting, with doctors prescribing rest, fluids and three days away from Twitter.
At press time, the ABC was preparing a podcast on why answering questions directly is a threat to democracy.
