CANBERRA — Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has reportedly gone off at his 245 personal staff after almost none of them liked his weekend post celebrating the “right to disconnect”.
The PM has now introduced a $10,000 bonus for every staff member who likes his posts.
The “Happy Friday” post was reportedly his creepiest yet — with his 16-year-old social media adviser allegedly using a hook and fishing line to keep his mouth smiling throughout the video.
Meanwhile, Albanese is battling the rise of One Nation after its Secret Harbour victory. He has labelled the party “dangerous, divisive and downright dishonest” while calling for the political temperature to be lowered — a strategy political observers have described as a masterclass in gaslighting.
Albanese is expected to remind Australians to disconnect again this Friday.
